This meeting will be held via modern technology using the Tadawulati system. Arab Sea Information Systems Company is pleased to announce to its shareholders the start date for electronic voting on the items of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting. Electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the Tadawulati website starting at 1:00 AM on Friday, 25/11/1446 corresponding to 23/05/2025 and continuing until the end of the meeting. Please note that registration and voting on the Tadawulaty Services website are available free of charge to all shareholders at (https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa).
